Scott J Krumholz plays an important role in the firm’s Property Tax Appeal and Land Use & Development Practice Groups, aggressively representing businesses, individuals and municipalities.

He has experience in real estate including commercial and residential property acquisitions and sales, leases, management agreements, easements, mortgages, land use, environmental matters, and more.
Scott currently represents several municipalities in defending property tax appeals and represents property owners in their tax appeals in other municipalities.

He has provided counsel and representation to business and consumer clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, development, business sales and financial transactions.
