John S. Wisniewski

Mr. Wisniewski brings considerable expertise to his areas of concentration: complex litigation, property tax appeals, land-use development and public/private investigations.

Relying on his extensive background in property tax appeals, he represents municipalities and the owners of large commercial and industrial properties. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in these matters offers a unique and valuable perspective.

A seasoned litigation attorney licensed in New Jersey and New York, Karilyn brings nearly a decade of experience handling complex legal matters across various practice areas. Admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, she has built a strong foundation in litigation, motion practice, trial preparation, discovery, and advocacy.

Anders Wenstrand-Nausthaug has 15 years of corporate experience predating his legal career in addition to 2 years of experience managing clients and cases.

Ander’s practice emphasizes strategic, research-driven legal solutions and strong advocacy for his clients. 

Matthew has a diverse set of abilities from his 15 years’ experience as an attorney. He has researched and litigated complex issues involving construction companies. He has litigated matters involving personal injury, premises liability and insurance subrogation claims through all phases of litigation on behalf of insurance carriers.

Alicia has a background in the music industry, having managed 200 + contracts for an EDM record label’s events. During law school she clerked for a major New Jersey law firm and then continued there after graduating and passing the bar. She has been involved with a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, and construction disputes.
