Daniel Mann, Esq. is an Associate of the firm who focuses his practice on matters involving New Jersey and New York Property Tax; Landlord Tenant Law; Redevelopment/Land Use
Law and Litigation. Prior to joining Wisniewski & Associates, LLC, Daniel focused his practice on Community Association Law and municipal Wi-Fi implementation at a large New Jersey
law firm. His experience also includes real property taxation and valuation litigation at a prominent New Jersey law firm and the national tax practice group at a Big Four accounting firm.
He is a co-founder of the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Policy and Research, where he remains a senior fellow. The Center’s work focuses on three key areas: Interrogations
& Intelligence, National Security and Forensics. Among the Center’s high-profile projects are the world-renowned Guantánamo Reports, which used government data to create systematic
analysis of the interrogations and intelligence practices of the United States. The Center’s reports have been introduced into the Congressional record by the Senate Armed Services
Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Armed Services Committee, and recognized in a Resolution by the European Parliament. In 2015, as a senior fellow of the Seton
Hall Law Center For Policy and Research, Daniel served as an NGO legal observer at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base for proceedings in the trial of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the accused
bomber of the USS Cole,

In 2017, in his continuing role as a senior fellow of the Center, he returned to Guantanamo Bay as an NGO legal observer for 9/11 Military Commission proceedings. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked as an analyst in Bethesda, Maryland. Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar. He received his B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
