William A. Aitken Jr. has over (35) thirty-five years of practical legal experience, representing individuals, lending institutions, business and state agencies.

William’s practice emphasizes all facets of real estate, from acquisition, obtaining developmental approvals, financing, leasing, environmental law, construction litigation and sales.

For nearly (10) ten years, William represented one of the state’s largest mortgage foreclosure law firm wherein he handled thousands of residential Mortgage Foreclosure Complaints. He was also the firm’s Supervising Attorney for its title claims department, resolving title and foreclosure related issues.

William has appeared on behalf plaintiffs and defendants before the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the American Arbitration Association.
